Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in India to spearhead lead generation efforts and fuel the sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and cold calling. The ideal candidate will excel at building initial client relationships, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify, research, and prospect potential clients through various channels including LinkedIn, email, and databases.
    • Generate qualified leads by targeting key decision-makers across industries.
    • Build a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach efforts.
  2. Cold Calling & Outreach:
    • Conduct high-volume cold calls daily to engage potential clients.
    • Craft personalized outreach messages to capture prospect interest.
    • Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
  3. Lead Qualification & Nurturing:
    • Qualify leads based on established criteria such as budget, need, timing, and decision-making authority.
    • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through email, calls, and LinkedIn messaging.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.
    • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive insights, and prospect pain points.
  5. Data Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems.
    • Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation metrics.
