Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership

    • Define and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for AI sales and new business development.
    • Identify emerging opportunities and position the organization as a market leader in AI-driven solutions.
  2. Sales and Business Development

    • Drive end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
    • Cultivate relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on understanding their business needs and aligning AI solutions accordingly.
    • Meet and exceed revenue, profitability, and market penetration targets.
  3. Team Leadership and Enablement

    • Build and mentor a high-performing AI sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
    • Enable the team with training, tools, and resources to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  4. Market Insights and Innovation

    • Stay ahead of AI industry trends and identify potential disruptions and opportunities for innovation.
    • Partner with product and engineering teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and roadmap.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, delivery, and operations, to ensure seamless client experiences.
    • Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and events to enhance brand presence and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development, with at least 5 years focused on AI or emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-growth sales organizations.
  • Strong network and experience engaging with C-suite executives across industries.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in solving business challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
