Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for AI sales and new business development.
- Identify emerging opportunities and position the organization as a market leader in AI-driven solutions.
Sales and Business Development
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Cultivate relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on understanding their business needs and aligning AI solutions accordingly.
- Meet and exceed revenue, profitability, and market penetration targets.
Team Leadership and Enablement
- Build and mentor a high-performing AI sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Enable the team with training, tools, and resources to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Market Insights and Innovation
- Stay ahead of AI industry trends and identify potential disruptions and opportunities for innovation.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and roadmap.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, delivery, and operations, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and events to enhance brand presence and thought leadership.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development, with at least 5 years focused on AI or emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-growth sales organizations.
- Strong network and experience engaging with C-suite executives across industries.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in solving business challenges.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
