Deliverables •Design documentations – HLD/DLD as required •Offering Product Models & specs •Product offerings •P/S/R catalogs and specifications •Report on Completed deliverables •Track and report key metrics/KPI

Activities •Analysis of existing process structure involved in product rollout •Analysis & Recommendation of the process to manage the Product Type, Model, families and Portfolios •Definition of the to-be process for offering rollout and product lifecycle management •Maintain a centralized repository for reference Product-technical models •Assess Catalog Landscape: Evaluate existing catalogs in the Production Layer (Products,Service and Resource Management) •Development of the P/S/R catalogs , templates and specifications •Detailed on the product attributes and dependencies •Create a strategy and process for onboarding the Catalog Management •Creation of P-S-R catalogs in the existing Catalogs,SOM,COM systems •Define the P/S/R Inventory handling process across the systems
